In other words, it is the use of technology to perform government activities and achieve the objectives of governance.
Through our e-governance services made available to 2 governments we have made , available to corporates and its users various different services like online filling up of various forms , transaction facilities like making online payments , connecting the internal staff with various permission levels, various different notifications to corporates and its users, inter connecting various sections and different ministries for a more efficient, transparent and convenient to all the users of the application/portal . .
e-Governance model has helped the ministry offices in digitizing and better maintenance of various records and making them more easily storable for future use . Our applications have been kept simple but robust which provides electronical communication of the government services which helps in reducing file work and also straight from their offices. . Our application has helped in reducing cost, increasing accountability, improved efficiency and accountability are a few to name.
Digital technologies are helping and transforming how government agencies operate and deliver services to the public and its users, from serving through government offices to delivering the services that constituents actually needed from anywhere, anytime and through electronic process it has helped in reducing the time taken for the process to the minimum possible.
